Fabrics
Upcycle old clothes that are stained or not getting enough love as they are! Fabrics that take dye well include: cotton, linen, silk, and hemp. Fabrics that do NOT take dye well are synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, and spandex.
We suggest using old shirts, pants, socks, bucket hats, pillow cases, and sheets as a beginner. Once you have used these - try sewing and creating your own clothes. Dying these will create your personalized and adjustable final look.

If doing the ice dye method - you will need ice! You will use this to melt the dye into the clothing and melt together.
